Terms of Service

Reporting Hub is operated by Gallagher’s Resource. These terms govern access to and use of Reporting Hub (the “Service”) by any organization or individual we grant access to (“you,” “your organization”). By requesting access to or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Access and accounts
Access is granted directly by our team to a named organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when requesting access, for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and for all activity under your organization’s workspace. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload, submit, or connect to the Service, including spreadsheets, form submissions, customer and site records, and any data pulled in through a connected voice AI platform, field service system, or other integration. We do not use your organization’s data to train models, and we do not share it with other organizations on the platform. Each organization’s data is isolated at the database level.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful content, attempt to access another organization’s data, interfere with the Service’s operation, or reverse-engineer the platform. Published dashboard and form links you generate are your responsibility to share appropriately. Treat them the same as any other document containing your operational data.
4. Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party platform (for example, a voice AI or field service provider), you are responsible for having the right to share that platform’s data with us, and for that platform’s own terms. We store connection credentials to operate the integration on your behalf and never expose them back through the interface once saved.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the Service evolves.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Gallagher’s Resource is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms. You may request export of your data before account closure by contacting us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
